User Mapping (UX)

Customer UX for websites:  We talk through the USP's of the business, the key triggers for individuals, what people buy into when looking at a product or service, be it price, experience, other customers views, the detail and clarity of the offering, the history of the business or the people in that business.  These are all trust signals that we need to balance and talk through the importance of when designing a scalable website.  

SaaS UX: New software has to be robust, logical, simple and well tested.  For staff to change and adopt new ways of working can be challenging.
